Games from the Women's World Blitz Championship

No co-champions here.

We’ve looked at the games from the open section of the World Blitz Championships; now, it’s the women’s turn. Here are all the games from the knockout stage, and I’ve highlighted (and in some cases annotated) some of the more interesting ones. There were opening surprises, instructive (though not always well-played) endings, and impressive middlegames of both a tactical and a positional character. And whatever else one might say about the games and the section compared to the open (“men’s”), they played until there was a winner.
