From what I saw, they're not particularly useful for elite players, who will have worked out everything there for themselves and then much, much, much (etc.) more. But for mid-/upper-mid-level players through at least my level, they are nice tidbits and give some direction for further research.

I’m not sure how useful these insights are for practical play below the elite level, but I found them quite fascinating.
